Religiously, the Jewish aspect could be an issue as you might have to convert. The Jewish people tend to be very stubborn on that issue, although historically hit has served them well.
Now, when it comes to genetics and eugenics it's a different matter entirely. From that point of view you should chose a partner that gives your offspring the best chance of survival. This means the smart, strong, and healthy breed with the smart, strong, and healthy. Though some usually take it further than that, saying that some races are inferior to others. While I disagree with this philosophy, it's worth stating that genetically each race is different and uniquely specialized to the environment they adapted to. An example would be that on average African races being better suited to running, and European races being better suited to swimming. This doesn't mean either races is superior, just different. With all this being said it's likely that from a purely pseudo-scientific standpoint such a union would be frowned upon. (Despite the fact pure-bloods are more susceptible to disease and genetic conditions than mutts). Sorry.
Socially opinion may vary. It's pretty much been accepted for thousands of years that one should marry their own kind, except in the cases of alliances or business transactions in which marriage is the legal contract, but in modern society we're taught that race doesn't matter so much as character. Still, old habits die hard and people will still believe to keep it in the nation or clan. Again, sorry.
One final point, a stereotype does exist concerning black Americans and white women... while regrettable that it exists, your relationship with this woman will be conforming to this stereotype. Again, I'm sorry.
Still, regardless of what war-criminal doctors and white-robed republicans think, you both have the right to be happy, and you shouldn't give a damn what anyone else thinks about something that is none of their concern. Best of luck to you.
