    Ask her straight out or ask her out for lunch and see what she says and how she acts. Won't know unless u ask

    Yep, best to just ask her. Perhaps you could ask if she wants to get coffee with you or lunch and then ask her. Dinner might not be best because that is more of a "dating" thing and if she doesn't like you that way you will be in for a very awkward night. If you just say lunch or coffee, you can act as though you just asked her out as a friend :)
