It depends. Does the baby have a wide vagina? Is it the baby's first time? Does the baby like it?

Why is this a poll? Are we supposed to vote how things work? Like "does gravity exist" and we get to vote? O.o

It's safe all the way to just a few days before birth. In fact doctors do recommend it as it helps the baby's path out. The V_____ keeps wide and stretched.

Which doctors recommend this? If any do, which I doubt, they must be very ignorant about female anatomy - sex doesn't keep the vagina "wide and stretched" although childbirth might. It's the cervix which has to expand for the woman to give birth, not the vagina ....

unless the guy is ramming you back and forth like a rocking bull machine i think you're fine.

only if you're into getting drunk, high, strangled, beaten, roughly abused or all kinds of other 'not good for you anyway' situations.
reccomend talking to the midwife about special circumstances.
reccomend wearing protection (it can induce early otherwise)
i know a couple who had more sex while expecting than in any other time in their relationships. it can make mothers hornier, fathers feel more affectionate...
plus, if it wasn't mausiophiles (likes pregnant women) would be pretty unimpressed XD

why wouldnt it be? The sperm dies in the vagine, and the cervix is closed till labour. (I hope)

My Syrian friend asked his doctor about this as his wife wouldn't have sex with him during the pregnancy. Apparently it can be quite dangerous for the fetus and the doc recommended the couple engage in anal sex so the fetus wouldn't be "impacted". It worked out in the end.

Another ignorant doctor - how on earth could vagina sex cause a foetus to be "impacted"?

  • Rick_Bawls

I suspect that after a couple months the fetus's eyes start to work and it can see what is happening. So if the fetus is born safely and grows into a baby, don't be surprised if the baby has nightmares because of what it saw while in its mother.

The baby is safe from this sight. Obviously there isn't a huge hole throughout... before the cervix there is another quite small whole that the baby will be birthed through, too small to see much through it. I asked my doctor.

It does, you'll stab the baby in the face with your dick

    it's safe upto 6 months.

As far as I know the only time during pregnancy when it might be dangerous to have vaginal sex would be when there's a danger of miscarriage, because apparently orgasm can include uterine contractions.

So I guess you could have sex without orgasm but personally I can't see the point of that.

I never had any physical contact at all when I was pregnant. In my opinion for that 9 months my body was a temple and sacred and belonged to my child. They're just my thoughts though and I don't think that sex can harm the baby, but speak to your midwife if you're concerned. My friend had sex right up to a few days before she delivered but no that's not for me.
I soon made up for it though when I became a mummy xxx

the bouncing is good for the baby. It kicks because it likes to move. It'll kick less if the mother is sexually active during her pregnancy.

You will probably find missionary position uncomfortable after a while.

So you may want to try being on top or doggy-style.

And once you get to the point where it's unsafe, there's still oral sex and mutual masturbation.

That's cos it's not something I'd personally chose.

but hey if you wanna plunge the depths of that one go for it. just make sure she's not gassy first...
