Does pickles belong on pizza?

South Korean people really love pickles on pizza. I watched videos of Korean people reacting to American pizza. They don't like how American pizza is too salty and greasy. Their Korean pizza is usually sweet like putting sweet potatoes on pizza. You can check out more information on YouTube..

But do you think pickles belong on pizza? Should Americans use pickles on their pizza?

    I've eaten pizza with pickles in Bulgaria and I consider it a fairly normal thing.
    Pickles and other pickled vegetables are a very common thing in Bulgarian cuisine, especially in winter, so no wonder some restaurants put them on pizza.

    Eastern European cuisine is generally more salty, so I do find stuff like sweet potatoes, sweet sauces and other sugary tastes in regular food weird. For me sweetness is reserved for desert.

    The pizza place I work for had a cheeseburger pizza with pickles, and apparently it was mostly white people ordering it
