Does making up fun stories in your head drain mental energy

I do it a lot, but i also have very mental demanding work. And i have been very tired lately, could that be because of thinking that mutch?

          People think everything I say is an insult.
          I could say in agreement with someone, "That sounds pretty accurate" and someone would be butt hurt.

          Or I could tell someone they are uglier than an ingrown wart hair on a dog's ass and of course THAT would probably hurt their precious feelings.

    I have always had very mentally demanding jobs. Yes, they make you tired, but also make it hard to relax, and make sleep less restful.

    any thinking uses mental energy. Even mental exhaustion can cause you to need rest.
    For example - likw how going to a GOVT building is mentally exhausting just cause of the bad vibes so after that, you need to relax.

      I get 7-9 hrs of sleep every night. Although it is not in a rythem because some days i work early or quite late.
