Yes girls, men like women who take care of themselves, especially in the wooing process. Don't expect a good guy to fall head over heels for hairy legs and poor grooming. The same grooming rule applies to guys. Put your best foot (or leg) forward. It will either help attract a guy or make the guy you're currently with feel a bit more special.
That's common sense. Don't be a social justice warrior and invent grievances for absolutely everything. It's okay to be nice to men. They tend to return the favor, much like in any relationship.
Natural is neither meant to be good nor bad, it's just a state of being without any interference or alterations.
Not saying shaving/waxing is horrible (I do it when the mood strikes me); but you make it seem like it's mandatory when it truly isn't.
It also feels weird that you think shaving is considered "being nice to men?" Being nice to anyone is showing them basic respect; because anyone, even the most smoothest men/women in the world can fuck you over.
To get to my point, we should have the option to shave for our own reasons and feel comfortable doing it, or not shave at all. We shouldn't have to please others who probably wont stick around despite how smooth you are.
Does it matter if I don't shave my legs?

Darn straight!
So... what happens when she doesn't want to shave anymore, and want to be natural? Does it mean she's doesn't care about herself or the relationship?

Partly, yeah. You can tell when somebody gradually stops giving a shit.
BTW "natural" isn't necessarily "good", not an argument.
