Does it matter if i don't shave my legs?

So I don't shave my legs. I have very fine very blonde hairs, and I've never thought it was a big deal. But lately my friends have thought it was crazy that I don't shave my legs and keep telling me it's a "must". Do guys care if you don't shave your legs?

It doesn't matter 53
Yes you should/it's not attractive 27

get a grip. Maybe try to not read a bias into this. If she wants to be hairy and you have a problem...YOU have a problem. If she wants to shave then it is a non issue. And many many many people do not give a shit. The issue is making someone conform to an ideal that will not last in the long run. This is how relationships fail. Turning into something you are not for some person. Don't do it. Plain and simple.

      Hole up.

Yes girls, men like women who take care of themselves, especially in the wooing process. Don't expect a good guy to fall head over heels for hairy legs and poor grooming. The same grooming rule applies to guys. Put your best foot (or leg) forward. It will either help attract a guy or make the guy you're currently with feel a bit more special.

That's common sense. Don't be a social justice warrior and invent grievances for absolutely everything. It's okay to be nice to men. They tend to return the favor, much like in any relationship.

So... what happens when she doesn't want to shave anymore, and want to be natural? Does it mean she's doesn't care about herself or the relationship?

Partly, yeah. You can tell when somebody gradually stops giving a shit.

BTW "natural" isn't necessarily "good", not an argument.

Natural is neither meant to be good nor bad, it's just a state of being without any interference or alterations.

Not saying shaving/waxing is horrible (I do it when the mood strikes me); but you make it seem like it's mandatory when it truly isn't.

It also feels weird that you think shaving is considered "being nice to men?" Being nice to anyone is showing them basic respect; because anyone, even the most smoothest men/women in the world can fuck you over.

To get to my point, we should have the option to shave for our own reasons and feel comfortable doing it, or not shave at all. We shouldn't have to please others who probably wont stick around despite how smooth you are.

Honestly, it's really up to whether YOU want to or not because all guys are going to be different. Some like it, some don't. Though, considering you mentioned you have 'very fine blonde hairs' I'm sure most guys won't notice or care unless they're really particular about it. I'd say leave it unless you think it's very noticeable or it bothers you. You're not your friends.

I don't think it has to be a necessary thing to shave. I hate shaving, but I have had some laser done on my lower legs, and it was totally worth it!

Hey Rosie, relax. Some guys, especially creeps like me, actually think hairy legs, nicely trimmed arm pits, and over-grown derrières are exceptionally sexy. And, it certainly is natural. Anyway, you are woman - let me hear you roar!

Shaving legs is a personal preference. If you want to, do it. If not, who cares. People that judge on that aren't good enough for you.

Different societies have different views. In America, less is more attractive for the societal norm. (That doesn't mean anything is wrong with not shaving though) In other cultures, shaving is seen as extraneous and unnecessary. (Though some people in those societies still shave)

All in all, like Kallari said,"Your legs, your choice."

Depends on how hairy your legs are. If it's only a bit, you don't need to shave them.

I have hairy legs too. Not that hairy though, and yes I am a girl. I don't really care about what other people think about me, because real friends wouldn't find you gross or anything because of something natural. You can't help it.
I don't shave because, well, it's going to grow back worse. And I don't want to deal with all of that. Do whatever you want with your body! You are beautiful

you're a human being. if you like your body hair then keep it. if you dont like it, then shave. dont let ppl tell you to tho thats stupid. body hair is natural and doesnt hurt anybody so if they complain about it that means theyre brainwashed

It depends on if your wearing a skirt or pants/trousers/jeans for most people

Personally, for me, either way is quite acceptable and comfortable

Ditto pantiless/knickerless, though I'd say I don't ever like "panty lines" VPL's so pantiless is best

The gods have gifted me with peach fuzz leg/arm hair. Rarely do I have to shave as my body hair takes lightyears to grow. That being said, do what makes you feel good. People do have preferences but that shouldnt dictate how you live.

I was the same fine blonde hair which was unseen.
Then one day I decided to shave my legs. A pain in the arse, but they're so nice when they're smooth!

    But it's your choice (:

It's just a societal norm; that's all. You don't have to shave your legs, or any part of your body.

Realistically, to attract men, all your need to worry about are your teeth for a nice smile; your hair, and hygiene. If you're cute, and smell good, then you don't have anything to worry about; because real men don't care about body hair, and other men probably wont say anything about it to not ruin their chances at sex.
