Honestly, don't listen to whatever the hell your mind is trying to tell you. And don't listen to what those crazy hippie liberals are telling you either. Imagination can go a long, very long way. If you really want to try this out, honestly, be my guest. But chances are you won't feel any better or different right after lol. Imagine if everyone acted on their weird dreams or feelings?! That would be pretty awkward, and sometimes even illegal.
