He torpedos Mr X as if he has the right to. Makes lame sexual advances, including the insulting "fuck buddy" request, then covers it up with "just joking." And what I don't hear from your post is - where are you at with this?
And I bet he hasn't heard it either. So where are you at? Think about it. He doesn't want to be your boy friend. He doesn't want you to have a boy friend. He wants you to put out sexually for him...
My suggestion: respect & stand up for yourself, tell him how inappropriate he is behaving to back way off & stick to it by putting some distance (physically & emotionally) between you.
