Apparently you don't know what tinnitus sounds like. What you are describing is tinnitus. It can sound different at lower volumes.
Nope this is to do with air flow into the ear everyone hears the "sound of silence". You have it too.
tinnitus, the kind I said I get from time to time apparently does happen in healthy people for a few seconds, just like me.
if you're implying that one can have two forms of tinnitus at the same time then that's news to me.
