  • Read into self-compassion. It will make you braver and less anxious because you won't have a guy inside your head yelling at your mistakes.

      • Self-compassion is the route towards being outcome independent: you can learn not to take anything personally. It's a modern-age superpower.

        I recommend you google "the four agreements pdf" and click the first link. It's a summary of a book that has great advice (hidden under some Mexican voodoo).

    • I'm leaning more towards life being complete random bullshit. I'm not just saying that. There isn't anything in life I don't find bizarre and somewhat crazy.
