    Lol its really short if you want to check, but yeah there are a lot of modern writers that put these things in a more practical and westernized way. Jon kabat Zinn and thich naht han come to mind.

              I'm not trying to turn anyone on, in fact a convent appeals to me now more than most people can imagine. Unfortunately, I'm not one for sharing my trusty Siamese cat with a whole convent.

              Then again maybe you're being sarcastic or just trolling or whatever. Regardless, turning anyone on is the furthest thing from my mind for obvious reasons.
