My boyfriend has three small inside dogs. They all have different personalities, but they're all lap dogs to a degree. If we're on the couch, the dogs are on us. Especially the frenchbo. He's the neediest, clingiest little fucker I've ever seen. He has to be touching us or one of the other dogs amost constantly.
Only difference I see between them and my dog, who was an only dog, is that they have company when the humans are out. Makes me sad for my baby, home all alone. Dogs are pack animals. Company has to be a good thing.
