I don't know how someone can be entirely against a culture but I can get what you mean if you're against certain things a culture does that you think makes the rest of the aspects of the culture irrelevent.
You're not racist but you should watch what you say, not because what you say is "wrong" (it might be, I don't know) but because there are too many over-sensitive people with the PC mentality that won't take kindly to your views and perhaps give you a hard time.
I wouldn't say you're racist for what you explained.
Lately, I've been becoming more "mouthy" and I think I'm feeling guilty about that. But like I told someone else, nothing changes if nothing's questioned. There are great aspects to every culture, but it's true that some customs deeply bother or disturb me.
