Does anyone else rub thier feet on their bed or blankets?

I rub my feet on my bed when I'm trying to sleep I don't know why or what the reason is but I'm curious as to who else does it and why. Also does anyone else bring the cover to their Chins when they sleep or else you will be uncomfortable?

    I have always rubbed my feet together or against a blanket/sheets to go to sleep. I also need the blanket to cover the back of my head and ears.
