I have a friend and whenever we watch movies together she talks and comments on it the whole time and I cant stand it. It also doesn't help that she doesn't have a clue of what is happening in the movie so she constantly asks wtf is happening and questions with answers so obvious like "Who is he?" When he's been the main charector the whole time.

Not a big movie goer, but, went with a business group friend, FWB one night. She's a beautiful, petite blonde, very hands-on and touchy-feely, and needs attention. We were in line, and she kept telling me "talk to me, put your arms around me", which was fine. Even traded a few nice liplocks with her.
When the movie started, although the physical stuff was nice (ran her long-nailed hand up and down my leg), she kept talking to me. My brain was saying "she needs to shut up..I want to hear the movie, so do other people". She wasn't just commenting or here and there chatting..She was carrying on a full conversation with/at me. I like her, and knew we'd be horizontal in a few hours, so didn't want to rock the boat much, but did end up telling her "Hey..Talk to me in the lobby or car, not in here that much". Didn't tell her that, if we weren't going to have sex, I'd would have told her earlier to just shut the hell up five minutes..
Aha, the reason why popcorn and movies are now *one*. Snacks pacify the talker.
Give her plenty of snacks. Give her a phone, and say here, look it all up on the internet.
Yeah, annoying!!!! Some talk is okay, excessive talk may result in being forced to wear a bag over the head when invited for movies with firm rules in place to not speak a word.
Movies can rarely keep my full attention so yeah, I talk sometimes. I don't care much if other people talk either unless I am really into the movie. It used to bother me when I was younger and easier to entertain but average movies (and even lots that are supposed to be good) just bore me or they are so ridiculous that I can't help but make fun of it.
I would not talk in a theater though, I'm not that rude! I'm not even sure what the last movie I saw in a theater was. The last time I remember was that last Die Hard movie...pretty sure that was it.
Have you told her to stop? If she won't, then perhaps you should stop watching movies with her.
There's a little shithole theater by me that charges $5 a movie, you go in sit under a hole in the ceiling and try to find 2 seats next to each other that aren't broken.
Went to see independence day, and this annoying couple wouldn't shut up through the whole movie. The guy in front of them kept telling them to be quiet, finally the guy talker got up all belligerent
Turns out the guy in front was some kind of ex-marine, and headbutted the talker backwards over his seat. It was beautiful.
Tell her to stop talking during movies or else you won't go with her, or invite her or whatever.
literally it's SO ANNOYING and when they have the got dang nerve to ask what's going on like "yeah bitch wonder why you're so damn confused, shut that mouth and maybe things would make sense!" Honestly like i'm such a cinema freak biggest pet peeve ever. each scene is so important, pivotal, in a good movie.
Just say her that. If.she won't stop talking while watching film Just stop watching these films with her;-)
