While I sincerely believe that OliverSquare was very well-intentioned, I do not agree that shame is the way to go here. 15 times a day is excessive, but only because it would be intrusive and have a negative impact upon you going about your everyday life.
I would recommend seeing a therapist, especially one who deals in sexual disorders and practices cognitive therapy.
You have a healthy sex drive and that is wonderful. Now you have to incorperate that fact into living a normal life. Therapy can help you do that.
