Do your dreams come true

Since my childhood I have had some very reveiling dreams. My first dreams i can remember are of cities and towns on fire and a great beast roaming the land causing distruction.Of a smoke filled sky, Of a great war and the aftermath, of walking down streets that are overgrown with vegitation, I see no cars or people, just buildings crumbling from age. For most of my life even today i still have the same dreams. I have dreamed of a great bird flying to the sky and erupting in fames. I have dreamed of a wall that seperated an evil force crumble to the ground. I have dreamed of a reluctant king sitting on a throne of blood. I have dreamed of a great storm with many tonadoes destroying everything. I have dreamed most of the same dreams since as long as i can remember. It is my belive that the dreams i have been having are glimpses into the future. most involve a war of some type that people will be fighting in the streets. and the most newst dreams i have been having is about a warrior dressed in golden armor who comes from the side of the rising sun. and we fight he knocks me down and then tells me that i am not ready yet, not sure what that means. But always the same kind of dreams. Is this normal? What could it mean?
