  • I am constantly running, right now I'm typing this on my ipad whilst running. I sleep run.
    I also poo run.
    Actually right now there is poo running down my leg.

  • i do all sorts of stuff,but then again im a gymnast/freerunning/parkour type.i work out twice a day,almost every day,only when im 2 sore do i not workout.exercising is one of the best habits you could ever have,and i would encourage everyone to make exercise a habit.more important than how fit or strong u are,is the persistance,that stick-2-it-ivness,just keep doing it regularly until you dont feel good when you dont do it

  • I just started last week, now I'm at the gym several times a week.

    Before that I sat around being a lazy ass. Glad I made the change I already feel healthier.

  • I can't live without exercise. I constantly do push-ups and sit-ups and Pilates and double-crunches throughout the day, especially during the summer.

  • I workout 4-5 days a week, play hockey 2-3 times a week and landscape for a living. I feel like I can't live without exercise in my life.

  • I'd like to excercise more but I'm so busy. Luckily my job has me in constant motion. I'll bust out the pilates dvd every once in a while. I go for bike rides when I can, although its 'benny season' where I live and its too dangerous. Those asswipes don't pay attention.

  • yea...to get up and actively CHOOSE to work out happens about four times a year for me.

    BUT with my activities and sports i stay pretty fit...kinda
