I walk a lot, mainly for transport. Then I try to eat healthily. Sometimes, maybe 1-3 times a week I'll do 25-50 push-ups or 10 pull-ups.
I'm not buff, but I think I'm lean. There are some shadows between the upper ab muscles.
Hehe yeah. I try to work out everyday, one hundred sit ups and push ups. I also try to run certain days of the night, but it's hard to start back up when you fell off of the routine.
