I walk around the city often.
Also, the wilderness and a fucking mountain is the back yard so I hike a lot.
Part of my treatment plan is physical therapy, so I also go there and work on muscle control stuff.
That dose seem nice. I usually go when the sun starts to set or rise. Those hours are the most difficult for me so it helps. Thannk you btw.. you made me realise km healthier than I thot

That sounds really fun. I try to run a mile around midnight, which is relaxing a bit, just because its dark out.
