I`m trying to work out at home but sometimes it`s so hard to make myself do it. It`s good that you can save money and time. But I think you should have a great motivation to keep working out regularly.
Exactly. The best way to do it is start off slow and just jump into into it. When starting slow uou can build up to her sets of whatever your doing. So I would do fifty sit ups ans pushups for a week, or even more just to get my body use to my plan.
