I'm not a pot smoker, but use to be one many years back. I think within moderate it doesn't hurt to smoke here and there, sure why not. As far as immature for smoking it, the answer is no. Tho I do believe if smoking enough of it all the time, can cause you not to mature in certain areas, but not immature for smoking it. But as a rule, this wouldn't apply to everyone, just the majority.
