Fan Clubs, they can be seen on YouTube, they are not totally off the aire, there are several stations here in Canada that feature their Short Subjects and Features. There is a station in your city of Chicago Illinois that shows them, plus there are probably several other stations in the States that show them. There is also a huge museum in "Louis Feinberg's"; {Ooops Larry Fine's} Home City of Philadelphia Pennsylvania that is a wonderful Tribute to them. Plus speratically there are local Stooges gatherings in both your country and mine that show their shorts and we act like them. So, you see all Seven of the Three Stooges; {Shemp Howard, Moe Howard, Larry Fine, Curly Howard, Joe Besser, Curly-Joe De Rita, and Emil Sitka}, maybe no longer with us, but their memories and legion lives on.
