But I don't think it will happen due to the mutual destruction possibility. Since Russia got nuclear weapons, and other countries, they face off, but try their best to avoid full out war due to the possibility of mutual destruction.

India and china hate eachother. They both have a relatively small amount of nukes. They could exchange and kill a billion people.
