A few hundred gallons of sperm here and there is nothing, that would be like putting a single grain of sugar into a few hundred gallons of water and expecting it to be sweet. Even if a man jerked off into a gallon of water and stirred it up real good, you probably wouldn't be able to detect it and that's a WHOLE lot higher than any possible whale sperm to ocean water ratio.
