I never SAID anything about insurance companies, dammit.
But now that you mention it, YES, NO type of company or business should be regulated by the government. If you don't like the way a company is treating you, SWITCH FUCKING COMPANIES.
Simple.
Government makes it complicated, and they fuck up everything they touch. It's PRICE FIXING, basically. Let the FREE MARKET do it's own thing, for better or worse.
Formulaic?? I'm not playing politics here, I simply don't want this crap law to pass!
You can have it in your own state if you want, but you won't force it onto mine! That's the beauty of the Tenth Amendment!! My state OVERWHELMINGLY dislikes Obamacare AND his federal mandate. The majority of us will REFUSE to pay the TAX of "not having healthcare".
And when people figure out what this law is really doing to them... the smart ones will be pissed.
Do you think this is as disturbing as I think it is???

A federal mandate is STILL UNconstitutional, no matter how you want to see it. Our dear "constitutional scholar" needs to go back to school.

Oh, I get it. The issue at hand is not your concern. You're mad about a federal mandate that requires insurance companies to pay for healthcare.
How dare the government regulate insurance companies. They should be the ones determining my health care.

Your sarcasm is not amusing.

I'm so glad you pick and choose to read what I write. I've dealt with your kind enough to know that you will not listen to anything I say.
And I wasn't trying to amuse you.

I am listening to what you are saying. Or, rather, reading what you are typing. You don't know "my kind" because I do not belong to "any kind".
Don't you dare lump me in with anyone like that. :X

Trust me, I do know your kind. Your comment was formulaic and evasive of the issue. It's a typical reply of someone playing politics.
