    Did the person specifically say that the presenter was creepy because she is an amputee?

    Since you didn't say, it is possible that the person found her creepy for other reasons.

      This person definately meant because she has 'half an arm' (those were her words too.) I was there and heard it in context and me and everyone else knew exactly what she meant. I wasn't pleased that it was said in front of a toddler either.
