And hey listen, I'm 72 and I'm STILL naive about signs of sexual tension and flirting, although I can flirt once I'm in a relationship, male or female. I'm inclined to not notice when people are attracted to me or think they are when they're not.

Hug her and kiss her gently on the cheek at the time and maybe whisper that you really like her, then see where that leads.
If you're always seeing her when other people are around, ask her if she'd like to have coffee or a drink with you.
