Do you think there's a conspiracy to your life?

Have you ever wondered that your whole life may be nothing more than a conspiracy theory? It seems real but isn't? A "Life" that is nothing more than your imagination, unconciousness, or someone else's thoughts? What if you're really in a coma somewhere and you're experiencing these life long "Realistic" moments and people? Or, what if you're really a prodigy 5-yr-old's imagination somewhere far off in a distant galaxy? What if none of this is real and we're all part of 7 Billion+ different dreams or thoughts or we're all part of one BIG single dream by a Master Dreamer? For all I know, I'm the only real person here on Earth and all of you are my thoughts, feelings, and nightmares wrapped in a single package and my true body is asleep or experiencing many different simulations somewhere far away. For all we know, this is Purgatory and we're all already dead making this "Life" the final call if we reach Peace in death (and possibly even get a Afterlife or a brand new one on another planet) or Nothingness (That or we're forced to live our life over again). It honestly wouldn't suprise me. Or, what else could be the case is that EVERYTHING is real, even our dreams. They might seem fake but they could be very real as alternate dimensions and lives we have in other galaxies. I'm not saying I believe it to be true but with all of the derealization that many people experience (including myself) and fake feels of this place, who's to really say?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

  • This kind of spiral of thoughts is usually followed by the realisation that there is literally nothing to be gained from wondering about it.

  • You're partially onto something, but mostly spewing fecal matter.

  • Yes, it's called solipsism. Even if your life isn't real, though, what can you do about it?

  • Don't ask me; I'm just a brain in a vat...

  • Oh. Yes. Someone who has the same thoughts as me.
My thoughts are that life is brodcasted towards our brain, sight is digistally made, and you cannot actually "speak" but you can only think.

  • OP, I made you post this, just so I could remind y'all; you are all just figments of my imagination, like puppets on a string.
As for conspiracies, the establishment has been trying to get me to join it for as long as I can remember. They seem to think one should have a "residential" address, like my PO Box isn't good enough to receive mail. Ever tried telling some stupid cop that you don't have a residential address, but you aren't a bum, because you live on some fat cat's multimillion dollar yacht? Yeah, like that goes over well.
They insist that if I have a driver's license, I should also have a car, AND (heaven forbid) a place to park it. For 43 years I never had a credit card and only got one because you couldn't rent a car without one, any more.
The establishment hates us Bohemians with every fiber of it's being and will squeeze and squeeze to try and get you to join.
    Now that is a conspiracy!

  • I think this all the time, but voted that it doesn't matter.

  • Of course. All intelligent people have wondered this. All 100 million of us think it about the rest of you.
