It depends on the two people in question and their personal maturity level. Sadly, you can't tell a person's maturity by knowing their age. I know teenagers who are ready to settle down and I know people in their late twenties who still party every weekend as if they think they're still 16 or something.

Really depends on education and where and how they were raised.
