Both... My father and brother are both horribly angry all the time, but that's not to say it can't be learned either.
Obviously it varies from person to person. Just because a parent is angry, it doesn't mean it will undoubtedly 'transfer' to the child.
Do you think that Anger is genetic or a learned behaviour ?
