I have a good idea to help you with that proble.m with your daughter, if you start to substitute honey instead of sugar as a sweetener, honey has a natural chemical that tells the brain "ive had enough", so she won't WANT any more. for best results, get the honey, not just anywhere, but in a larger quamtity from either farmers market or beekeeper, (or buy organic but that is expemsive). this also includes processed foods. particularly ones with high fructose corn syrup. hfcs makes u think ur not full (opposite of honey) and has many other detrimental consequences not to mention.. this might mean u make a change for the whole family interms of the groceries you buy. it will be a change well worth it though. good luck.
Do you think social services should get involved when children are....
