I have a two year old at home that just cant stop eatting up all our food. I try and tell her its not ok in words that she can understand and she just wont listen to me. She sneeks to the kitchen at night when every one is asleep or when no one is paying attention. I feed her well and just enough but its not good enough for her so she wants more more and more! I always have to watch her and fallow her around to make sure she dont go get food in the kitchen. I even started to hide all snacks from her if not she will eat all of it. I love her so much and I dont think im a bad mom and I am trying real hard to control her from eatting to much. I just want her to be ok
I have a good idea to help you with that proble.m with your daughter, if you start to substitute honey instead of sugar as a sweetener, honey has a natural chemical that tells the brain "ive had enough", so she won't WANT any more. for best results, get the honey, not just anywhere, but in a larger quamtity from either farmers market or beekeeper, (or buy organic but that is expemsive). this also includes processed foods. particularly ones with high fructose corn syrup. hfcs makes u think ur not full (opposite of honey) and has many other detrimental consequences not to mention.. this might mean u make a change for the whole family interms of the groceries you buy. it will be a change well worth it though. good luck.
Do you think social services should get involved when children are....
