Technically, a lot of porn stars are prostitutes, in that having sex is part of what they're paid to do.
The way you use the word 'prostitute', though, it sounds like you deem it to be a very bad thing to be. I don't agree with that.
I think that being a sex worker/prostitute can be a good, bad or neutral thing in someone's life.
Do you think "model", "porn star", and prostitute are the same?
