No, if you're sneezing it means you probably had something irritating the inside of your nose, sneezing is your body's way of removing whatever is irritating the nose in an effort to expelled the foreign objects to prevent it entering your body and possibly becoming septic.

It's all about the way that you view the world, for at that moment you could have sneezed because of something in the air and then you could have sneezed because that of the energy that they where giving off; there is even that of what is as a joke too.
