Who is it who is forcing their ways down the throats of others? People who just want the freedom to live their lives with the same rights as others or those who want to deny those rights and freedoms?
A million times this. I was going to post what probably would have turned into a longish explication on what Angel said, but you summed it up much better with just three sentences. :)
When your post elicits a response your reaction is to dismiss it as knee jerk and ignore any points made and then accuse the post of painting you as a hater when it did no such thing. It shuts down discussion, that's all i'm saying.
Rick Santorum is a douchebag. And he will always be a douchebag no matter what he says. I believe this, simply due to his lack of regard for the female gender. If you want to support Santorum, that is of course your decision, though I would prefer he not be elected; I am simply stating my opinion.

The problem is that liberal society wants to paint you as a "hater" if you're not pro-gay.
Even if you don't attack a single person, if you don't agree with their way of things, they try to paint you as the devil himself.
perhaps that's the real problem. the knee-jerk reactions and attempts to force a way of life down someone's throat, whether they agree or not
