I feel like is it normal should have a friend request feature. No actual reason but I feel like some of the more connected people on here would enjoy added tags to common faces. Maybe just friend or maybe label them as enemy.

Never seen a social that let's a person mark someone else As an enemy but it is an interesting concept to me what better way to say "fvck you" than to mark them as enemy? Adding to spam or blocking is just outright becoming vanilla
You don't need to have friend request feature to show that certain users are your friends. What matter is they are connected, live and exist in your heart and same goes for them.
As long as you could see everyone's posts to make the site more fun and easier to navigate it would not be so bad to have friend requests.
I would like it if the chat feature had notifications and you had the option of voice chat

No, there's a discord server we used. Its always the same people in there. We voice chat all the time. The discord server gets annoying tho because there's like 20 people and 20 of them are moderators and they make up gay new rules about where to post what and ppl are like hallway monitors when they get a lil bit of "power". It would be nice if there was a chat on here without little petty rules. Just a regular room where ppl can chat

The regulars are mostly regulars in the chatroom like walk, dot123, duft, cupcake_wants, rocketdave, Bazinga, Faceless, howaminotmyself, TheOneGuyYouNeverWantToMeet, Might, Controversy. You may not recognize some of the names because they all get banned a lot so theyve gone by alot of different names.
It might be awkward. You'd feel scared giving someone a friend request in case they ignore you, and feel bad if they do reject you. Or people might feel guilted into accepting whatever friend request they're given so that being friends with someone won't really mean anything since everyone would have dozens of friends that they never even talk to, like Facebook.
