It depends on the size of your bones/how you are built, but I'd say you are probably not fat. I'm 5'6 and weigh about 150, but I am not fat at all. I have a large rib cage and shoulders and I work out a lot so I'm fairly muscular. If you are active and healthy, don't worry about the scale or those dumb weight charts! I stopped using a scale ages ago...I track changes by how my clothes fit so I don't become obsessive about my weight.
