Just tell your mother the truth then. I skip school sometimes because there are teachers who are not really good at teaching or just pure lazy. Plus, I'm confident that I could get more things done if I skip school. At my school, there are students who stayed at home just because they could study more. There are some good teachers though, and the main reason I go to school is so that I won't miss their class.
