    Where I live, the entire month of August was more spring-like weather than hot sticky summer like we often get.
    But of course they will go on to say, "That is an affect of global warming..."

    Ahh OK so global warming means it's cooler, got it.

      It means all of the weather changes. Some countries get ur heat and u get their cold cuz the wind and water streams are being redirected
      U can actually find a good explanation in a lot of articles
