The cost of college is ridiculous. Best way to do it is for people to go half to community then transfer. But because community colleges have a bad reputation, many students don't want to do that. But no matter where you go, it's crazy how much it costs.
Well the thing is, some people believe four year colleges are just better and community colleges are lacking, while some disagree. It all depends on who the person is, but as far as the programs go, I think four years are better because they have more to offer. But since I had ridiculous prerequisites to get through, I got them out of the way at community and it was SO much cheaper.
Do you think colleges should lower their costs?

I had no idea that CCs had a bad reputation. Most of the people I've met told me to go to them.

Same here. My CC has a good rep. Pretty much every adult I've talked to about it gave it nothing but praise.
totally agree. and sometimes even CCs are ridiculous with costs.
