    Everything you do towards another human being without their consent is mutilation and should be frowned upon and illegal ...

    A penis is SUPPOSED to have foreskin.

      Do you mean, every form of cutting or bodily alteration without consent? I don't think it makes sense to say that 'everything' one does towards another human being without their consent is 'mutilation'... I don't like it when a stranger walks past and put their hand on my shoulder, but it would seem absurd to call that 'mutilation'.
