As a rule I would say no. Even in the case of rape and incest. Excluding cases of rape sex takes 2 and because someone is irresponsible does not give them the right to terminate a human life( I am using the scientific definitions). The only 2 exceptions I make are ectopic pregnancies which are extremely rare. The second exception is defective fetus's.
