  • A woman should not be forced to do something she hasn't consented to.

    • She consented to sex though, and sex causes pregnancy.

      • Not always. She could have been raped.

        • Well, derrr....of course rape is excluded. I figured that was understood.

      • She's consenting to sex, not pregancy, which is what protection is for.

        • You take the risk when you have sex. That's what sex is for, reproduction. Who the hell doesn't know that there's a possibility of pregnancy every time you have sex? Nothing, no BC method, is foolproof. I really hope you're not that stupid and maybe just didn't think that through.

Why do people have car insurance? Because they MIGHT get in an accident. They don't WANT to, but the possibility is always there. It's called risk. Shit happens. Nothing's risk-free.

          • Stupid fucking HS children. Even when the school explains them. Trust me I know. I have heard 15 year olds that ask "Hey what can happen". Than say stuff like "Naw they just tell us to use a condom to scare us". Its infuriating!

          • I hope you don't mind me saying but to me you seem like the very religious type, being overly against abortions. Usually abortions need to be done within 1-3 months. The fetus is not technically a living being until after then, or else it's harder to remove. If someone say, is a teenager and pregnant, it can be better for the child itself to be aborted because a teen going to school is unlikely going to be able to take care of the child, leaving the family to do it. If the family does it, then who the hell is going to work?

Abortion is appropriate but most often looked down upon within religious families because it is most commonly thought that "sex is only for having children", but actually looking at today's society, it is usually more of a pleasurable thing and that's why there are many forms of birth control like, (the shot, morning after pill, the patch, condom, standard birth control pills, and surgical procedures such as getting tubes tied or vasectomy). Not to offend anyone against abortion, but if you aren't fit to care for a child, then you shouldn't be forced to go through the complete pregnancy.

            • I'm not religious AT ALL, and I'm not only pro-choice, I'm pro-abortion....I wish more people would have them. I'm proud to live in a state that pays for abortions for people who can't afford them. I've had 3 abortions. Didn't feel good about it, still don't, but whatever.

      • What if her BC failed? It happens sometimes.

        • I didn't say I was against abortion, dummy. I don't give a shit if someone has an abortion. I'm just saying that it's a FACT that when you have sex, pregnancy CAN, DOES, and WILL happen eventually, probably. Having sex is taking a risk of getting pregnant and getting an STD. Got it?

It's like when you go bungee jumping, you sign a release....you take a risk, something very well may happen. Same with sex. Sex is a contract between 2 people.

          • I was just wondering what you thought and I might have gotten the wrong idea from what you wrote. It's hard to tell over the internet.

            Okay dummy, got it? ;P

    • She can't be legally forced to abort. She has to consent. Therefore the final choice in the matter lies with the pregnant woman.
