I think every woman has the right to choose. Moreover, a sociological study proved that with higher abortion rates, there's a lower crime rate (mainly because unwanted children have a higher risk of becoming a criminal)
Of course, the woman shouldn't be pregnant for too long, but if you do it soon enough (which you have to, you're not allowed to get an abortion when you've been pregnant for too long) I don't think you can consider it murder.
I'm afraid I'll have to disagree on that one. There are different stages in the development. An embryo doesn't have the same level of awareness as an fetus.
If you still think it's immoral, then that's your opinion. But in my opinion, the common housefly is a more conscious being than an embryo. If you don't have any moral objections to swatting a fly, then you shouldn't have any to abort a fetus.
I understand it's a difficult ethical question, but in my opinion, abortion is morally justified.
So awareness equals life? So I should be able to murder someone who's unconscious? Doesn't matter that they'll be conscious later... as long as they're not aware, then murder is okay?
I really don't think that anybody would agree with you that swatting a fly is the same thing as murdering another human being.
I'm not talking about temporal awareness. Of course you shouldn't murder someone who's unconscious.
I never said swatting a fly is the same thing as murdering a human being. I said that when you swat a fly, you kill a creature that has a higher level of consciousness than an embryo.
Do You Think Abortion Is ok?

You completely misunderstood Corleone's comment.
