To DiscoDuck: Cool. Lets forget that Northwood was released in 1997 and the first attempts to blow up the tower were in 1992 with car bombs. Tell me, what reasoning would the government have behind blowing up our own soil when we could of easily just made up a story about how the Taliban and the Ba'haat party were mobilizing against ground forces already in the area? Not to mention that both regimes were based off the Nazi party, but who would want to stop a militant nationalist force anyway? Hitler was cool no? I mean you could argue that Osama Bin Laden worked with GW in previous business deals regarding his oil company but to link the two through Northwood is a stretch. Not to mention if you actually read the Operation Northwood documents they do not entail actual attacks, but simulated attacks. The "hijacking planes" idea was to use drone aircraft to simulate a crash, not actual planes. The "killing innocent people and U.S. soldiers" was an intention to make it appear AS IF they were killed. The "blowing up a U.S. ship" was to be an unmanned ship, in Guantanamo, performed by specialists and syncopated with "riots" of Cuban friendlies where the main idea was burning American facilities that are abandoned. The "assassinating Cuban émigrés, sinking boats of Cuban refugees" was intended to be staged deaths and the participants receive citizenship and new identities.

It is so easy to blame your own government when conspiracy theories are so trendy. But if you look at nonbiased accounts of Bin Laden's actions prior to 9/11, it is not hard to see it was coming. A fucking monkey could of seen it coming that the Taliban were going to attack American soil, that doesn't mean we know where, when or how. And don't even get me started on the WMD's thing cause I'll rip all of y'all middle school wanna be rebels new assholes.
