You don't tell her, that adds a roadblock in-between growing intimacy. You just give her your time and let it build into something. If you're happy with each other, it will feel good and you'll probably both feel it. I mean, yeah, once you're together and things are going well, you're going to tell each other you love one another from time to time, but I think just going up and saying, "I like you", isn't always the best way.
