just go up to him and work up a conversation. make sure you are looking at her, talking to her, and acting around her DIFFERENT. so that she can figure out that you like her. you can always tell her when you ask her for a date. i recommend playing it subtle and saying "hey i like you do you wanna have a date this saturday?" or whatever. safe!!!!
