The way I figure it, men could be divided into a few categories. And it might SEEM like sleeping with a guy soon is a bad idea based on their reactions, this isn't necessarily true if you fully consider each group's motivations.
1. Guys looking for casual sex.
They may lose interest after sex. But they would have lost interest pretty soon anyway.
2. Guys in it for "the chase".
They will lose interest after sex, whether it's on the first date or the tenth.
3. Guys looking for a relationship.
They won't lose interest just because you had sex.
4. Guys looking for a relation, or casual sex, but not with the same person.
They will lose interest, or stop treating you the same after sex. But these guys are creepy and would probably cheat on you. You don't want them anyway.
